Students roll out of the weekend with Pajama Day
Maddie Alsterlind
The hallways of Archie Williams filled with candyland themed decorations created by ASB.
Monday, Oct. 3, marked Pajama Day at AWHS, the first day of the Homecoming spirit week. Students crowded the candy-filled hallways with pajama pants, fuzzy slippers, robes and more. ASB hosted a trivia Kahoot at lunch in the student center with questions inspired by this year’s homecoming theme, Candyland. Questions included: “What is the best selling Halloween candy?” (Reese’s) and “About how many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop?”(approximately 150-250). Senior Angel Amador took the trivia title, along with free tickets to the Homecoming dance.
