LaSandra White appointed as permanent principal of Archie Williams High School
LaSandra White has held many roles within the TUHSD community and now holds the position of permanent Principal.
Feb. 1 at 8:00 p.m., the Tamalpais Union High School District (TUHSD) board of trustees appointed LaSandra White as the permanent principal of Archie Williams High School (AWHS). Detailed in an announcement sent via ParentSquare by AWHS administration, White will assume the role as permanent principal, effective immediately.
“It is with great excitement that we announce that LaSandra White, currently the Interim Principal of Archie Williams High School in San Anselmo, will assume the job on a permanent basis, effective February 2,” the announcement said.
White started as Interim Principal of AWHS in Aug. 2021. Before that, she was an Academic Workshop Teacher, School Counselor, and Assistant Principal at Redwood High School.
“After spending 25 years in this great district, I am ready to move into the role of Principal, and I am excited and honored to be the Archie Williams High School Principal,” White said in the announcement.
