On Thursday, Feb. 6, the Archie Williams boys varsity basketball team took a close loss to the Redwood High School Giants in a suspenseful game. Despite the loss, the school spirit was a highlight, with the game featuring the largest student section all year. The school came together to support the team’s three seniors, Jasper Cohen, Dante Stallone, and Shyama Dean for senior night and to watch the Archie Williams dance troupe’s final halftime performance of the year. The team battled hard but fell short with a final score of 71-66, to wrap up the regular season. The Falcons finished fourth in the Marin County Athletic League with a record of 5-3 , and will go on to play San Rafael High School Monday, Feb. 10., in the first round of playoffs.
